The fun run is back! Dragon Dash 2021 runs Oct. 8-28. After taking last year off, we're excited to make this year's fundraiser a huge success.

Congratulations to Randolph Heights for a very successful Dragon Dash 2021 fun run fundraiser!
Our initial fundraising goal was $20,000 – but our total donations nearly doubled that goal with $39,303 raised. We are grateful for our very generous school community and we’re excited to use these funds to boost community building initiatives and to support our teachers with additional money for enrichment and special learning opportunities.

- Friday, Oct. 8: Official kick off. Your child will bring home the information packet with details, activities and fundraising tips.
- October 8-19: Train for the fun run! Your child will have the opportunity to complete a bunch of fun, active challenges at their own pace.
- **TUESDAY, OCT. 19: DRAGON DASH DAY! All students will have the chance to run and participate in fun challenges during the big event. Families are welcome and encouraged to attend. The event is at Edgcumbe Rec. Center fields. In case of rain, the event will be on Tuesday, Oct. 19.
- Thursday, Oct. 28: Last day to turn in pledge money.

**TUESDAY, OCT. 19**
- 10:55-11:45am -- 4th grade+4/5 split
- 11:45am-12:35pm -- 2nd grade
- 1:25-2:15pm -- 1st grade
- 2:15-3:05pm -- Kinder
- 3:05-3:50pm -- 3rd grade
Quarantined students can participate in a virtual event. They will receive details from their teacher.
ABOUT THIS FUNDRAISER
The tradition continues
After taking last year off, the fun run is back! This annual fundraiser has been a terrific event for our school community for many years. It's a wonderful combination of physical activities for the kids while they work toward individual, grade and whole school goals and prizes.
What, it's more than physically active fun?!
Well, YES! The money raised during this fundraiser supports classroom enrichment, teacher grants to each classroom, helps offset field trip costs, supports artists-in-residence and music programs, and many other school needs.

The fun run is typically our biggest school fundraiser and we're excited to see if we can meet our goal. Donations can be given in the form of a pledge to your student(s) or as a direct donation to the fundraiser. Both are greatly appreciated.
We know fundraising isn't for everyone, so kids can also set activity goals and earn participation prizes. Everyone can enjoy this fun event as they choose.
