Once again, the students at Randolph Heights stepped up and did an incredible job with the school Read-a-Thon. Since they blew the original goal out of the water, a new goal was put in place and achieved with just about 200,000 minutes read by the students. Both in person and VLS students contributed to the impressive goal and were rewarded with a class movie and snacks. VLS students also celebrated with their virtual class. Thursday was also a pajama day for students.
And, not only did we crush our reading goal... we had record weekly student participation and raised more money than ever before. Currently, we have collected more than $12,000! We are so appreciative of your generosity and look forward to sharing all the books and other learning materials that will be purchased for next year.
WAY TO GO, READERS!
