Randolph Heights PTA

The Randolph Heights PTA is excited to announce the 2023 Dragon Dash! This year’s event will combine at-home activities with the Dragon Dash on Friday, October 13th.

In addition to getting the school year off to a healthy start, this event kicks off an important fundraising initiative that provides funds for classroom enrichment. Because of your generous support, these are just some of the ways we all support our students, teachers, and staff at Randolph Heights School:

  • Direct teacher grants for each classroom to support learning and enrichment
  • Fall Movie Night (October 6th)
  • RHS garden improvements
  • Providing dinner and school age childcare at all PTA meetings
  • Access to additional field trips by paying for buses to transport students safely to and from school
  • A new set of ukuleles to support our growing music program
  • Projection screen, projector, and audio equipment for the cafeteria

Get Movin'

We have again teamed up with Get Movin’ © to provide an online platform for collecting donations and tracking grade-level progress. This will make it easier for you to donate, and for you to reach out to family, friends, and co-workers who may be interested in supporting your student’s fundraising goals.

Families just need to complete these 3 easy steps:


1.    Go to  www.getmovinfundhub.com to register your student(s).

After registering your student(s), you can edit their webpage     

to include a photo, a video, and their personal fundraising 

goal.


If you already have an account, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this page for Returning Families. 


2.    Jump into fundraising in any of these easy ways:

            A. Email and/or text your child's student fundraising     

            webpage to 10-15 friends and family. 

            B. Reach more people by posting on Facebook or Twitter. 

            It's two clicks of a button to post. 


3.    Then, mark your calendars!


What: Randolph Heights Elementary Dragon Dash

When: Friday, October 13 (rain date is Monday, October 16)

Where: Randolph Heights Elementary

Fundraising Goal

Please help us meet our fundraising goal of $28,000 for the school by supporting our Fun Run!

As a school we hope to raise $28,000.  As we “race” to meet this goal, all students will have the opportunity to earn the following prizes:


Milestone                               Prize

Kick-off                                      Pencils

Turn in the activity grid        Pop-It Pen with Carabiner

Grade-level goal of $2,000   Water Bottle

Grade-level goal of $4,000  Beanie


And the top-earning grade (averaged by number of students) will win ice cream sundaes and a movie.


If you prefer to contribute directly, donations in the form of cash & checks (in-school donations), should be turned in to the school. Please make checks payable to Randolph Heights PTA. Contributions in any amount support our school and help move us closer to our goal. Donations will be collected through October 31. 


And we know fundraising isn’t for everyone, but being healthy is! To that end, every student will have an opportunity to earn a participation prize by completing an activity grid at their own time during the month.

The Dash

The fundraiser culminates in the Dragon Dash Fun Run on Monday, October 16th (postponed from October 13th due to rain). Join us on the field to see your kiddos run!

8:50 am – 4th

9:40 am – 2nd

11:20 am – 1st

12:15 pm – K

1:05 pm – 3rd
